All you are committing yourself to, if you go ahead with our scheme, is £200 in return for which we give you a report on your GDO rights and development potential.  Whether you take it further, or not, is then up to you.

If you do decide you want to go ahead with an extension, we can put you in touch with architects who will be happy to come round for a meeting with you to discuss what you want to do.  If you like them, they can then do the design for you and organise the work.

We can also put you in touch with builders approved by the local council.
