When you sign up you pay us £200. This is what we charge for investigating your property’s rights and sending you a report. Our solicitors will approach the local Council and get formal confirmation from them. We will then give you a report, containing our findings, and also containing formal confirmation from the Council. (The £200 fee includes all charges made by the local council for by the solicitors we use.)
